At the beginning of the 20th century, the average American girl began menarche at 16-17. Now girls are starting at 12-13. This is not good, and a significant amount of blame is due to fatter children (AKA poor parenting). Source

Waaay earlier than 12-13. Try 8-9!

Bad for psychosocial development. Not to mention, we don't know what the late stage effects of such prolonged estrogen exposure will be.

It makes sense, obesity accelerates aging. Puberty sooner, menopause sooner, death sooner.

I don't know why this is such a surprise. Females need to have a certain body fat percentage to begin puberty and female athletes in very strenuous sports often stop menstruating because their BF% is too low to support it. Even my mom, who is a shitlady but has totally swallowed the anti-GMO koolaid, thinks it's related to hormones in food and plastics and shit. I'm like "no, Mom, it's because people can't stop shoveling shit into their stupid fat faces."

Every femayo I have encountered has expressed that they were "early bloomers" as in pubes by 8, bras and periods by 10.
