http://i.imgur.com/ZGNv5eQ.jpg It was this picture being referred to. And, I honestly hadn't known that! That does sound like a rather unhealthy technique. TIL, 'Health at Every Sip' must be prioritized!

K-Mart? KMart-Shill...? It almost sounds as if...

HAHAHA! That's the same person. He's a fitness instructor who gained a crapload of weight to show he could lose it again. He documented the whole thing and he became absolutely miserable with the weight gain; moody, his wife became concerned, he lost his sex drive, and it all in all sucked. Then he lost it all and felt great again. But yeah, fatty, he was definitely less healthy in the left pic.

Firstly, isn't that the same guy in both pics? The comment says no offense to either.

Secondly, I think it's just another one of those HAES lines that grew from a tiny shred of truth - being that you need a fairly low bf% to have clear cut abs.

What Kmart said is for photoshoots, yeah they do it. But I have a clearly visible six-pack all the time and absolutely don't starve or dehydrate myself to keep it.

In fact, I just finished my breakfast: mug of soy milk and coffee, bowl of cereal with soy milk, a bagel with hummus, and some strips of rice-paper bacon (made from Thai summer roll wrappers). Obviously starving /s

Reading that first link made me say "what the fuck", real slow and confused like.

I don't think I've seen someone project behavior so hard like that.
