I've had fats who learn I run 10ks every day ask "Wow you must eat a lot of food to recover!"

Nope. 10k barely earns you a sandwich. I usually kill any excess with a small protein shake I drink after to help build muscle, combined with a single serving of low fat Greek yogurt.

Good rule of thumb: 1 mile in 10 minutes burns 100 calories. Spent an hour running 6 miles? You burned off a mcdouble and a small fry. That's it.

Eating less is always the answer.
