A common misconception for fats is thst if you go to the gym, it's like a pass to eat what you want.

I've had fats who learn I run 10ks every day ask "Wow you must eat a lot of food to recover!"
Nope. 10k barely earns you a sandwich. I usually kill any excess with a small protein shake I drink after to help build muscle, combined with a single serving of low fat Greek yogurt.
