Grabbed the forearm? If so, next time twist it... control them with it, take it to the floor either forwards or back. 'Soft' moves from Krav are very useful.

Well, slightly different but it's amazingly effective for such a simple move, it kinda hurts too if you keep rolling it. In practice some have no awareness of how much twist to apply, they go too far over and that's annoying.
