Pretty much this. Everyone reads so much shit about health these days, most just want validation for their own brand of nonsense.

Still, the rare person who is receptive and improves makes it rewarding.

Yes it does. Recently someone asked for my help via snap chat and hasn't checked my snaps in a week. If you don't want help or at least advice (like don't eat that donut or go for a run or just fucking track your calories) then don't waste my time.

But then the occasional person does download mfp, starts exercising, and I get this warm fuzzy that makes it worth it.
