Story seems a bit far-fetched. No charges have been filed and I, with a deep-seated loathing of all things TSA/CBP related, find this hard to believe,

“They said that they have more power than the police, and the police have no jurisdiction now, and whatever they say goes.”

She allegedly gets raped, by any definition, and all she does it try to send a complaint through a website? And after 3 tries, she just gives up? And her husband does nothing, either? Meh, yeah, these 3 guys locked me in a room, stripped naked, fingered all my holes, and it's just too much effort to make a phone call or file a formal charge against these rapists.

So much of this story just sounds fishy that I mark it as "Fatty making up shit to get attention."

EDITOR’S NOTE: After this story was released by KelownaNow, Jason Givens, a spokesperson with U.S. Customs and Border Protection sent an update on the situation.

“I saw your latest story and thought I’d let you know that Customs and Border Protection takes allegations of misconduct very seriously and that this case was immediately referred for investigation,” wrote Givens in an email.
