We got some future fats here. They eat and love the same shitty food that has been proven to lead to obesity, but it has not caught up with them. The science is on this kind of nutritionally void, sugar, processed garbage. Saying eating shit like this is fine because they are not obese (yet) is like saying wearing seatbelts is stupid because I never flew through a windshield (yet).

These posts always trigger them. Too bad we cannot track people here over the next 20 years, see exactly how they do with their "shitty food is great!" mentality. Because all of us older people know how this plays out. I cannot think of one person who loves shit like this and remained alive and healthy in their 50's, and often much earlier than that they either change or tap out of being healthy.

If you think that liking cake is the problem, you're as fucking retarded as the hams that think diet coke erases calories. I've been cooking and eating what you call "shitty food" for decades now - and I'm fit as fuck.

You've got a choice to make: Accept CICO as fact and concede that you can have enough self control while eating cake to not bloat into a whale, or admit that you've got bullshit haes-style theories on the nature of calories and weight gain and gtfo of this sub.

There's a difference between a basic cake and putting two sticks of butter into a salad. There's nothing insane about a confetti cake with buttercream frosting - if that's causing you problems, I'd be more worried for you than the person who has the ability to enjoy a small slice for dessert.
