He probably wouldn't be so tired and feel so shitty every morning if he ate right and got regular exercise.
For example, it amazes me how the fat people I know irl are always complaining about how shit they feel in the morning. Well, yeah, when your morning breakfast is Doritos and Dr. Pepper, you're gonna feel like shit. When you never get exercise, you'll feel tired and shitty a lot. I wake up in the morning feeling like I can just jump out of bed and run a marathon or some shit every morning, because I live a healthy lifestyle. Who would've thunk, healthy living = consistently feeling great?
