I don't know about that, I've always gagged whenever I've eaten and vegetable but weirdly I'm still not fat

You can still eat like shit and be thin. My SO is so deficient on nutrients that he gets a canker sore at least once a month. He hardly ever eats vegetables or really anything even remotely healthy. I mostly see him eating things like cheese crackers and popcicles, but he's still thin because he doesn't eat ridiculous portions.

Is it a taste or texture thing? Maybe try smoothies, or putting veggies into pasta sauce or some other dish.

I have no idea but whatever it is I can't eat them. I once gagged on a sandwich that had tomato juice on it after someone removed the tomatoes

The exception is probably salsa but only if there's more green chili in it than anything else

I am the opposite - I would eat vegetables all day long but it wouldn't occur to me to eat fruit unless somebody else prepared it for me (e.g. fruit salad) on an especially hot day... They don't hold much appeal for me.
