That thread is a goddamn goldmine of stupid. But it's hilarious. I mean, this meal plan:

Meal Plan: Breakfast: Smoothie (250) Lunch: Fruit (250) Dinner: Big Salad and Dessert (350) Total kcal: 850 I overestimated kcals so pretty sure on the less side

I actually eat 800-900 calories a day and let me tell you, that is not the way to go about it. And they're definitely going to overestimate everything.

And it's hilarious that the first poster is on the abc diet. How much do you want to bet it adds +500 calories to every day?

These cunts don't have eating disorders unless being stupid, fat, and feeling bad about your binge is an eating disorder

It's just to lose as much weight as quickly as possible. IDK I've never known someone to go back to eating "normally" after it, usually it's just more restriction.
