First off, welcome to /v/dnd5e!
With the Wild Bond, I'd say use the beast's WIS, not the druid's, since the beast is being created; it is a separate entity from the druid.
Changing the CR of the Wild Shape is definitely OP. Normally a druid has to be level 8 to get a CR 1 creature, with your way they get it at 5, and by max level they can go up to CR 4. Wow!
Circle Summoning seems alright.
Improved Beast Bond: Turning a touch spell into a 60' rage is crazy, especially if it's at will. I'd do either at will, or range, but not both. Personally I'd go with at will, still touch.
Twin Soul seems fine, as long as you change the Improved Beast Bond as above.

Thanks for the warm welcome and the advice! The CR I used is based off of the CR of Moon Druids, which is about twice as strong. I wanted to have the summon's CR be viable at later levels, which is why it gets better scaling. A CR 1 at level 20 as your main feature seems like a hell of a drag.
Regarding the range, how about removing the added range to beast bond, but have Twin Soul grant beast bond to your creature with unlimited range (original concentration range is what you can see).

You're very welcome!
Hmm... Fair enough.
That sounds pretty alright. :)
