If you knew how to fix yourself you wouldn't be subbed to /r/depression, that being said there are better ways to go about things. I also think even having this conversation isn't vital and is drawing attention away from the people this sub is dedicated to. I'm sure we will learn ways of amending things as time goes by but above all you must have patience and trust in the mods/people here.
