I kind of petered out energy-wise since my last update. Yesterday we brought what might be the last or second-to-last donation bag to the Salvation Army.
I'm pretty much 95% done with the sorting of the clothes (what to keep, recycle, donate, or sell).
The next and more annoying step is continuing with the dry-cleaning and hand-washing of these items. I had 'stored' them in bags on the closet floor for a long while because I didn't want to deal with them. DENIAL!
But the best bit is I have finally laundered, photographed, and listed several items on eBay.
There are a ton of clothes yet to be photographed, measured, and listed. It's overwhelming but I could use the extra bucks these finer garments could earn me. I'm something like $200 in the hole for dry-cleaning alone but it should be worth it because these are designer items that should sell.
Edit: Two of my listings now have bids (they end in 5 days) so I know I'll make $9 for all this trouble so far :)
