Ok, I'm looking over your dump now, and sorry for being 6 days late, this sub doesn't exactly get much traffic :(
I hope my advice isn't too out of date and that your guy is still alive.
AFAIK Blade hands is a transmuter's main spell of choice, so now that you've got it castable reliably, you should focus on training unarmed. Eventually you'll want dragon form, but even once you've got that safely castable, blade hands will still be your main. In contrast to most caster builds, str and dex are just as important to a Tr as int is, so you should spread your stat ups evenly.
You shouldn't really need to train spellcasting anymore, since you've got enough MP to pop Ozocubu's Armour and Blade Hands before every fight. If you can find Sublimation of Blood that would be good for emergencies when your MP runs out in a long fight, but in a fight that long you should probably just run away anyway.
I'd suggest switching your amulet of reflection for something else. Those ammys are extremely OP for a shield user (especially when combined with long blade's new riposte ability), but they are pretty weak for anyone that doesn't use shields. Unless Oka gifts you a beastly shield, and you choose to give up your offhand attack to train shields, your amulet of regeneration should be your mainstay, even through Zot.
Maybe focus train dodging as well as unarmed. Assuming you're playing Trunk, the gloves of the fencer will give you the ability to riposte even with unarmed attacks, which means every attack you dodge is a 50% chance of a free attack on your enemy. That shit is OP as fuck, almost as good vs crowds as an axe wielder, and it makes fights vs hydras a joke.
Since you're a Tr, Irradiate http://crawl.chaosforge.org/Irradiate is a spell you should try to learn. It's not safe to spam, but it is safe to soften up a pack of enemies before you take 'em out.
I notice you have no rF gear yet. Once you find some/get gifted some by Oka, be sure to save it for vaults:5. A Scroll of Immolation is one of the more effective ways to fuck up your greeting party there. Pop the scroll, kill one guy to set off the chain reaction, and blink/teleport away. It's gonna suck spending a scroll of teleportation since you want 'em for that trove, but vaults:5 is scary, and worth spending a couple scrolls on.
As for where to go after Lair: Orc, Snake, maybe Vaults, maybe Shoals. Shoals is IMO by far the worst of the just past lair branches, although snake can be bad too. You got both. I'd even consider doing the first couple floors of the Depths before doing Shoals.

Thank you. The only thing that sucks right now is how good my fencer gloves are . When I use blade hands, I lose a bit of EV.

Oh, btw, don't use blade hands vs hydras. Especially with the fencer gloves...
I figure you probably know this already, but better safe than sorry. It'd be a nasty surprise if ya didn't.

For any questions you can always visit the IRC channel: ##crawl on irc.freenode.net (The double ## is important). The people are friendly, and the Sequell bot there is more up to date than the wiki. To ask it about something type "??WhatYouWantToKnowAbout". For example, type "??riposte" to learn about ripostes. If an answer has multiple pages add a '[number]" to indicate what page you want. For example: "??riposte [2]" will give you the second page of info about ripostes.
