The scanning spinning scene with lights and stuff was so awesome in its full grace (and resolution), thanks for sharing.

In 1982, the management of Triple-I decided to shut down the Motion Pictures Product Group.
So, it could not have been later than 1982 no matter what. Seems to match our assumptions.
