You don’t get to not follow the laws you don’t agree with. You have to work to change them. Where were you when the national resiprosity bill died? In NJ you need a permit to buy ammo. You only need a NICs check to buy a long gun. You need a permit to purchase a handgun. We are working to make things better in NJ, but the opposition is ingrained. Don’t discourage people from owning guns in NJ.

Unjust laws require ignoring.

You miss that part where all the law abiding citizens went ahead and turned in all their mags with over 10 round capacity?

I sure fucking didn't.

you either follow all of the laws or you ignore all of them, which leads to you dying or changing the entire system.

Fair point. Maybe he was being sarcastic, too. Thanks for the reality check, goat.

Do you, off hand, how challenges against such, what appear to be unconstitutional, laws have fared in NJ?

Faired terrible as we have an ultra liberal State Supreme Court. That is why we need national resiprocity so I can get a Florida non-resident license that has to be recognized by New Jersey. Any relaxing of restrictions will need to be based on Federal rulings.
