You have hit upon the crux of the problem. The only way we are equal is that we are living humans. After that, we are not all equal, I won't devolve into a diatribe about strength, skill, intelligence and the difference in charisma, etc.The idea that we all deserve an equal chance despite our limitations or advantages is ludicrous and impractical. "You got it you flaunt it" is an adage that applies to smart people, talented people, and pretty people. That's just the way it is. It's not the smart or talented people or the pretty people that put them on the pedestal, it's all the equal people who elevate them to that status. And then complain and make a post like yours.

That's not it at all.

It's about giving equal chance to everyone, in the sense that no one is limited by outside factors that they could not control, such as race, ethnicity, cultural background, sex, gender, ect.

It's to level the playing field so Mr.SnobbyMcRichPants can't just bribe his incompetent ass through life, and that a poor Average Joe despite being skilled in many fields of science can't get a job cause he's poor, to give an extreme and unlikely example.
