'63 Fairlane 500 two door coupe ... my first baby. Put a '69 Mustang 302 engine with a C6 transmission in it from a low mileage Mustang that was totaled. Here's one like mine, but I had a black stripe instead of white Link ... wish I still had it. Always a Ford guy.
Like I said, my very first baby ... worked a lot hours after school to get it ... can't recall how much, but like nothing in today's car market cost wise. I do recall the engine and trans complete only cost me like 150. Those were the days. Of course that was real money then, too ... but not as bad as prices now.
