That looks good for a medium sized cat. I wouldn't change anything. For the future, if you have multiple cats, think about their pecking order. Someone might climb to the top and then whack at whoever comes back, which will either reinforce them as top cat, or if they're a lower-ranking cat, create arguments later when the top cat yells at him for taking "his" spot. If no one is challenging the order, it's probably ok, but if you already have conflict this could escalate it. Cats are complicated.
It's perfect for one cat. He can survey his domain from the top, hide in more secluded spaces if he's feeling nervous, and can scratch vigorously at multiple levels. You know your cat well.

My cat is pretty small. I am not planing to get more cats, but i will keep your advice in mind anyway.
