I would definitely get a larger SSD. Also, if you can wait, AMD is coming out with their new platform and new socket later this year. If you buy this your upgrade paths will be limited.

You might not be doing yourself any favors with that CPU choice, its not that the FX83xx chips are bad its just that vs a solid FM2+ board the 970 feature set might be a bit weak for the price (number of USB3 ports looks odd, most boards should support 2xUSB3 front panel ports, check into that if you havent already) and the Zen CPU is due to arrive sometime in the last quarter of this year you might slightly regret that choice of CPU. If Zen is as fast as AMD initially claimed it could be than you might kick yourself for choosing a nearly four year old part this close (within a year) of AMD maybe getting their house in order. If you can wait then waiting might be worth it,
if you can't wait than you should at least consider a slightly less expensive FM2+ build that you'd be happy to replace within in a years time, then put the savings towards with a slightly faster GPU like a 390 or even a 970 that you'd bring forward and unleash when you get faster CPU, board and ram. Either way be cautious with your money and try to buy something you won't regret (a faster gpu almost always works out better for gaming than a slightly faster CPU).
The SSD is too small, drop it from your selection and save your money until you can afford at least a 256gb model, 64 and 128gb are not even practical choices considering the price per gb so a 32gb drive is a complete waste considering 128gb can be found for about 40 dollars and the odd 240~250gb for only about 50-60. If you really want an ssd then get 8gb of ram instead of 16gb and maybe consider a cheaper PSU (fully modular is nice but not required), also give some thought to going without an optical drive, if you really need one maybe you can yank one out from an old PC or even try and find one second hand that a friend isn't using.
