650W is more than enough. A 390 is going to max out around ~300W full load (not a gaming load) and an 8350 has a TDP of 125W. Max system load, you'd be using less than ~500W.

As for the V650, it is a pretty good PSU. It's not the best, but one of CM's better units. It will do just fine.

kinda guessed that's what the submitter had bought.

Recommend to buy a SeaSonic gold or better. Of course, get the recommended wattage.

Numbers I found make it fall somewhere in between will and won't work. I suggest a larger power supply to handle times when your computer is running at full performance.

Send that shit back. The last thing you want to worry about is your power supply.
