Usually when I wake up I'll have a mass gainer shake. I have a bowl of cereal after I get back from the gym. For lunch I'll either have two pbj sandwiches and two cups of whole milk or leftovers from dinner the previous night with milk. For dinner I'll have whatever my grandmother cooks that night (I'm working for my grandparents this summer) which is usually a meat, a vegetable and potatoes. Before bed I have a mass gainer shake.

Usually adds up to between 3500 and 4000 calories.
