Dumbbells or weights? The biggest issue I used to have when working out triceps is that a standard dumbbell is weighted awkwadly and its off balance. Also makes it hard as I used to do overhead exercises. I managed to find some weights with handles instead as it was easy to move around, specially after a set as usually you lose some grip due to how crap triceps are.
