Just did the body composition scan at my gym. My stats:
13.8% body fat
74.1 lbs skeletal muscle mass
I stopped training 6 months and started again last month. My stats 6 months ago:
15.9 % BF
I've been eating between 2500 and 3000 calories everyday for the past month so I'm shocked I'm only 151.9 lbs. But progress is progress.
