I heard it was 10,000 hours. Lol. But it doesn't scare me off. I enjoy it, its addictive. I have been using 15 lb dumbbells, and at work I try lifting batteries like dumbbells.
lol be got a couple of Shaolin Kung fu movies that I can recommend! I’d probably just go with 2 sledge hammers and try picking them up from their ends and then trying to swing them. Lol! Talk about being buff!

Don’t want to scare you off but I’ve heard 1,500 hours of something leads to relative mastery.
Would a weight training course help?
