TL:DR - Voat has moderator logs for every subverse, many months ago I placed links to these on the sidebars of all the subverses I moderate because I support moderation transparency (Edit: I've removed my own links as Voat now includes these links on the sidebars of all subverses). I will remove all types of spam content but I will not remove peoples views or opinions. If you see something I've removed you don't agree with then let me know, feedback is welcome. I'm here to clean up, I'm not here set a narrative.
I really hate this kind of pointless meta drama but I feel like I have to respond to the following with facts.

BashCo (Moderator of /r/Bitcoin) was removed for being inactive (Done within the rules of Voat) - https://voat.co/v/subverserequest/comments/597334 - Never mind that BashCo along with other reddit /r/Bitcoin moderators have been responsible for massive amounts of censorship, lies and FUD. None of them can be trusted to moderate impartially on Voat. Reddit moderators have already tried to destroy other subverses, I won't let that happen to /v/bitcoin.

AvatarX was removed for abusing moderator tools making it impossible for me to trust them moving forward, details below.
AvatarX removed two of my comments without warning.

You can see them in the mod log - https://voat.co/v/bitcoin/modlog/deletedcomments
Days later I discovered AvatarX had been continually abusing the moderator distinguish button to make his own personal posts (Comments and submissions) more visible. Only posts which involve moderation should be distinguished.
When I asked AvatarX to stop abusing the moderator distinguish button they essentially said no - https://voat.co/v/bitcoin/comments/853814/4247297/4248092#4248092
AvatarX has always been free to contribute to Voat about any topic but has barely done anything with only 4 links, 4 discussions and 46 comments compared to my currently 2149 links, 30 discussions and 698 comments (348 submissions to bitcoin).
AvatarX has continually claimed to have "brought over a few hundreds new users" and "it only started getting active again because of me bringing people over." but I've seen little to no evidence of this.

Thanks for your support. I see you moderate /v/bitcoincore so I just want to stress that all Bitcoin topics are welcome here, Core, Classic, XT etc. Hopefully this drama is out of the way now so that we can get back to posting about Bitcoin. The future is bright, especially if we all stick together. :)

Cool. Some background on /v/bitcoincore :
I created it as an open forum counterweight to /r/bitcoincore which at the time was an entirely private, invitation-only sub not accessible to ordinary users. /r/bitcoincore has since been made readable, but it's policy is still "Only approved users may post in this community."
I intend to keep /v/bitcoincore an open and uncensored forum for topics relevant specifically to Core. I too am happy some of the drama has subsided, but I am not entirely sure it is really out of the way. Oh well. Bitcoin deserves all the discussion fora it can get.

Great, when I'm at my computer I will add your subverse to the list I made (Link can be found on the /v/bitcoin sidebar also) so if it gets more active it will at least have some visibility. https://gist.github.com/fredstilleronawire/668c0e25b50d6873d43b#file-more-subverses-md
