One question, how much seniority does Amarok have?

I'm the top mod in listentothis on reddit (evilnight) and have been there since its first week - so that's six years. Four of that I modded more or less on my own. Now we have a team of about 20 people but nearly all of it is managed by bots, humans just answer modmail and correct mistakes the bots make from time to time. I'm told modding listentothis on reddit is the most fun and the least work of any default. I wouldn't know, I don't want to mod other defaults. /r/listentothis, /r/listentous, /r/soundsvintage, and /r/vintageobscura are the only 'real' subs I moderate. There are lots more on my user profile on reddit but most are failed experiments or bot-related or test subreddits.

One thing that isn't mentioned in my post about the seniority system is that this system unfairly disenfranchises people who like to cycle through accounts on a regular basis. They'd lose any accumulated seniority in their switch to a new account. I'd like to work around that by giving people the ability to make an anonymous post from their main account and a semi-automated way to expire their own comments after a time has passed. Perhaps even an account rename feature that wipes the account's content but retains any seniority. This was talked about in some earlier ideasforvoat threads.

I talked about all this stuff before in my introduction post back when it was still whoaverse. :)

This system works really well on www.wowhead.com. If you contribute and are upvoted a lot, your votes actually weigh more. I think my votes are worth two on there now.
