Yes, it can be wifi only. I use a ZTE Whirl 2 that I got at a Dollar General for $9.00 if I recall. Occasionally it gets stuck, but not too often.

so... if I have 3 working smart phones with wifi capabilities I can run these turk programs and collect points which are as good as Dollars?

There's 2 apps made by swagbucks, the rest are made by a third party with swagbucks licensing or something. You can run a Swag app and a 3rd party app at the same time, but not 2 swag apps or 2 3rd party apps (they'll play videos, but not record your views)

I believe SwagTV and LifestylesTV are the Swag apps, and the rest are 3rd party.

Well, you can only run one app at a time, and they each have limits. And having multiple accounts is against Swagbucks' terms. So this is not really something scalable.

Do look at Perk (ref / non-ref), as they allow you to run each of their apps on 5 phones at a time. I just saw that someone recently put up a short guide here.
