Flairs are now a thing in this subverse. Thanks to /u/LegoMyEgo at /v/CFB for the CSS heavy lifting. User flair is still not a feature on Voat so each user's flair will have to be hard coded into the stylesheet. Reply here with what flair you want out of these choices to get in on it. (For example, if you wanted my flair, phone in "First Braves flair" or "Atlanta 1" or something). If you want a different one (different team, league logo, international or something) let me know and I'll see what I can do.
edit: for "Night Theme" users the borders might look kind of rough, I'll touch up the flairs over the next few days to make everybody's look as sexy as they should
edit 2: Holy shit you guys are coming in droves. Not a bad thing! But I'm rather swamped with flair requests right now. I'll work everybody in starting from the oldest requests, but some of you newer guys might have to wait a few days before I can get to you. Sorry.

Just wanted to compliment you on your flair. It looks really good. I've been thinking of redoing the flair at /v/cfb using the same code you used And a sprite sheet rather than individual images. Your code looks way more efficient.
I'll take STL Cardinal on the bat. Thanks!

Thanks! I more or less stole the spritesheet from /r/baseball and frankensteined the CSS together from your sub and from there (you might find /r/cfb useful for that). It's as compact as I could make it because I would have to worry about the 50,000 character limit on the stylesheet otherwise. I'm actually redoing most of the flairs and giving them a 1px white stroke so they don't blend into the dark color for the Night Mode theme. Is there a way to actually open the page's CSS by some URL trick like there is on reddit? Anyways, your flair is set. Let me know if I can help at /v/cfb!

Yeah the 50,000 limit is what I'm concerned with too. I checked out /r/cfb and their sprite sheets seem all randomized and I'm not quite sure what the order is. They use some python scripts and spreadsheets, but that's a little above my head at this point. Plus I don't think voat uses python so not sure if it would work out anyway. I might just need to make my own sprite sheets but there was still some helpful information there.
