I can't take credit for this, I got the idea online. But it was a big hit at a party last summer with extra spicy fresh jalapeños from my garden!
Moscow Mule with a kick
- 6 oz. ginger beer
- 2 oz. vodka
- 1/2 oz. lime juice
- fresh jalapeño slices (see note)
Combine ingredients in a glass over ice, stir gently, garnish with slice of lime. Watch out, it gets spicier as you go!
Note: two slices per glass is sufficient, if you are looking for a lot of spice leave the seeds, to scale back remove them.

*Ma'am, and no problem :) I seem to grow more jalapeños on 2 plants than tomatoes on 4 so I have to have a lot of uses for them. I have also made spicy strawberry jam with them!

The MR in your username threw me off. Prolly shouldn't have bc those are my initials! Lol Anyway I feel ya on abundance of peppers to tomatoes as well. The birds keep pecking away at mine as soon as they turn pink. =\ I might have to steal your jam idea though. I made regular strawberry jam last year and one with lemon zest and they both turned out great!
I bet a strawberry jalapeño infused tequila would go well with ginger beer too... Hmmm.

A creative way to use those peppers
I helped create this drink last year. Definitely had fun working with the peppers :)
