The theological implications of eternal paradise sort of fuck with any value system based on the mortal plane.

Aw, you gruesomely killed a family? Well that's a nice thing to do for them. I don't know why they didn't die earlier.

Are you saying you lack the capacity to forgive people?

Not sure if that's more sad or bad.

Philosophically speaking, who then has the right to dictate whether one is worthy, or not worthy of a personal transformation? The principle isn't exclusive to Christianity. Buddhism, from my understanding, also promotes a sort of redemption. Is the murderer of 1,000 less worthy of redemption from society than a murderer of 1? Certainly, the first murderer may have killed 999 more, but what if the 1,000 were old folk who probably wouldn't contribute anything significant to history, whereas the murderer of 1 was a child who may have grow up to be the one who cured cancer, and thus saved millions? So the question stands, what is the line where one cannot receive redemption from society, and who has the right to enact it?

It's not like that's the only brand of Christianity that has ever washed over this world.

Cringe. It's like you are trying to make fun of something you don't understand so it just comes off awkward....

But Lassie knocked the man to the ground and tore his throat out before Timmy could get close enough to be in danger.

Don't bring dogs into this. Manhood101's basic tenet is anal bestiality.
