Being Christian doesn't mean you're a good person. It mean's you've accepted Christ's gift of forgiveness for being fundamentally a flawed creature. Besides, it's all based on fiction anyway. One should not expect rhyme or reason from such a belief system.

True, but Jesus did call on his followers to "Be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect" - Matthew 5:48.
Also,
" Whoever says ' I know him' but does not keep his commandments is a liar and the truth is not in him," - 1 John 2:4.
I could go on listing how punching someone in the jaw is an unacceptable behavior even in the Christian mindset, but as you said, "one should not expect rhyme or reason from such a belief system".
I have to agree with this. I know we all like to say "no true Scotsman" but there comes a point that we must admit that such-and-such action is unrelated to the group that such an individual belongs to. Religion is full of horrifying acts, bullshit doctrine, and downright abusive practices, so much that we don't need to attribute every bad action by a religious person to the religion itself.
We have christian neighbors too. The most self entitles sobs I've ever had the displeasure of knowing. I feel your pain and recommend you just call the police next time.
You could use science to solve the problem. I'm assuming you are in an apartment. You will need a vibration sensor, relay, microcontroller, and a blender. Push blender and vibration sensor against your wall. When the noise gets too loud, program the relay to activate the blender for 5 minutes. The only problem with this scenario is you now have to listen to the blender as well. I suggest setting it up and going on vacation.

Yeah, he should've grabbed a whip and simultaneously destroyed some of your property. (John 2:13-16)

You should've turned the other cheek just to piss him off.
