He was the last real president. Everyone after him has been a puppet of the deep state.

Shit that's ~180 years of bad presidents. Or at least not good ones.

I honestly think Nixon was a good president. Underrated if nothing else. Nowhere near as bad as the media made him out to be. I remember growing up (early 80s) hearing about how Nixon was the worst President ever, because of something called Watergate. I had no idea what that was. When I found out, I couldn't believe it. That was it? I totally get why it was bad, but do you really think Watergate holds up to the everyday corruption or the systemic rot in certain parts of our government today and over the last 40 years? And no, Nixon did not invent political corruption.

Edit: Additional words for clarity.

I'd agree if it weren't for that audio recording of him discussing and agreeing to shifting and pushing insurance to the way it is now further away from socialized health care that'd benefit all and more towards private that only benefits those that can afford it and those seeking to profit. Could have been doctored but was some shit. It was a reddit post and discussion a few years ago.

Jefferson has him beat in terms of quality of president and I hate to say it but character as well. There's no way to argue that Jefferson wasn't an amazing president and person.

Clinton is responsible for repealing specific laws that facilitated the formation (and later bursting) of the bank bubble, though. He may have fixed a huge deficit, but he also left a shitty legacy for his replacements.
