I live in South Korea and have tried MakChang, which is pig intestines grilled up on a bed of coals. The texture is interesting- crispy on the outside and chewy, but flavorful, on the inside. It's an experience for sure. They also offer this side dish which is cooked bug larvae. Very crisp and woody taste. Along with that, they offer stuffed squid. That one is hard to get past- thick frame and then stuffed with rice and other ingredients. Great with rice wine!
I've also had Alligator back in Florida. It tasted like fried chicken but a little chewy, nothing weird but super delicious.

I had alligator tail once, and have been dying to have it again. It tasted like chicken, but slightly sweet, and better. I loved it!

Alligator pizza left a nasty aftertaste. Not sure if it was the meat or the ingredients. Never again....
