Are there programs that can decrypt them as well? Currently I can't even play encrypted Bluray discs on my computer without paid software. VLC's work around doesn't work for most of my blurays either.

That's a good point. Bypassing DRM on your own legally purchased content in order to change its format is still a legal gray area.

... and easy to do thanks to programs like anyDVD and DVDfab. ;)
