Hi, it looks like you're new. Welcome to Voat!
Voat is a censorship-free community platform where content is submitted, organized, moderated and voted on (ranked) by the users.
Archived Does anyone else just not use the links to their comments or submissions to navigate anymore since doing so negates any votes you make afterwards? (askgoat)

I used to navigate to relevant threads by using my own comments or submissions - or even going to my overview and clicking on the subverses I previously posted in. Never know when I can or cannot vote after doing so.
I wish the functionality to navigate went away with the voting restrictions.
Edit:
**Seems this is a bug of some sort. Atko is looking into it.
**
Edit2:
Per @Reow: https://voat.co/v/askgoat/comments/440796/2003973
I think this is an 'eventual consistency' problem or a caching problem. It happens to me all the time. Also whenever I edit my own comments, half of the time after a refresh it looks like it didn't stick (but it did). Shift + Refresh or navigating to the comment in a different way generally shows it up as applied.
Per @Xanthia:
Reow's suggestion worked for me.

Sorry, just edited. Seems to be a bug. I thought everyone was having the same issues.
