Uhm. Any time I navigate using my comments, submissions, or overview, and decide to up or downvote, when I hit refresh, it doesn't stick. The arrow stays colored, but the number goes back to what it was before my vote.
Thank you for describing the issue. All voting actions should be recorded but it may sometimes take a few minutes for the results to be visible. @Reow summed it up pretty well. We have to work more on our caching mechanism to avoid confusion, but the final results should always be correct regardless of what you see after refreshing the page.
I think this is an 'eventual consistency' problem or a caching problem. It happens to me all the time. Also whenever I edit my own comments, half of the time after a refresh it looks like it didn't stick (but it did). Shift + Refresh or navigating to the comment in a different way generally shows it up as applied.

Yep. The functionality actually follows you through the links for a while, too. I haven't narrowed down the exact mechanism, but it's pretty irritating.
Yeah, I've seen this in my own navigation, but it isn't consistent. I don't pay too much attention to counters and since I can't tell which posts I've seen before (they aren't color coded) it's hard to know that I've upvoated a post and had the voat disappear unless it's a thread I'm really interested in and keep returning to. But, I have seen it; if it isn't intentional there's a bug in the works.

You should be able to vote, we never changed this in the last 2 years. Can you please describe exact steps to reproduce?

More info - I just upvoted you. Your count was at +2. It went to +3, then I refreshed. Back to +2 and the upvote triangle is still blue.
I saw at one point, on the same upvote side (+2-1|-0) on a comment. The first part was smaller sized text though.

Not sure I understand.

Sorry, just edited. Seems to be a bug. I thought everyone was having the same issues.
