i would recommend using flourish trace and if you want your reds to really red they're gonna need that iron as well. I just added some rotala magenta to my setup on saturday, didn't take notice of anything yesterday, but today i can see all the stems have at least an inch of new growth and some lateral shoots.

Yeah thanks. I have been giving API leaf zone once a week also. It has iron and potassium.
Trace is in my amazon cart, but havent got around to ordering it yet. Gonna run the dyi co2 kit that sells for 15$ too.

don't think you need the dyi and excel, should be fine with one or the other.
also, just 15 tetras and 10 shrimp? you know that's only maybe halfway stocked?
