Oh, pfft. Meant to tell you. Eat tryptophan. Turkey is the best. Right before bed. It gives your brain serotonin. Also, look at the sunset. Donโt look at screens after it gets dark. Maybe take a melatonin supplement? Just donโt psych yourself out. Calm. Hope you sleep well. Itโs 7 wherever you are so you have some time to put yourself in an easy state of mind.
