Oh, pfft. Meant to tell you. Eat tryptophan. Turkey is the best. Right before bed. It gives your brain serotonin. Also, look at the sunset. Donโ€™t look at screens after it gets dark. Maybe take a melatonin supplement? Just donโ€™t psych yourself out. Calm. Hope you sleep well. Itโ€™s 7 wherever you are so you have some time to put yourself in an easy state of mind. Feel gratitude and have no worry.
