I have bad news.
My initial investor from US which was supposed to register a LLC in Florida has decided to pull out because he was unable to invest in a full time or part time developer which will be required once I go back to school this fall.
However, during the past few weeks, I have been pushing myself really hard to develop new features and fix open issues and I am happy to say that a very large part of the job is already done and whoaverse is nearing beta stage.
I promise that I will keep working on this project whenever I have free time since this project is my "baby", and it makes me sad that I am unable to expand unless I form a company in US and get funding to hire more people to help me on this journey.
If you are looking to invest, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org, but consider the following:
- you will need to cover all expenses related to forming a new company (preferably in US, not required)
- you will have to be able to secure funding so that we can hire 1 developer (part time should work ok) to help me out while I am studying
- you will need to take care of business side of things while I work as CTO
I would like to use this opportunity and thank everyone who donated. I received about $100 in donations which will help me a lot in keeping this project alive and well.
