What's your favorite store bought brand? I'll try it out if they have it where I live. I've only tried a handful so far, but one of my favorites is McCafe Premium. I make it in a press and scorch it with unnecessarily hot water (like I think they do at the restaurant).

I absolutely love 8 O'Clock. It makes some really good whole bean and ground coffee.

That my brand too. I just finally got a burr grinder from cusinart and holy smokes what a difference over the spinning blade grinder I had. Have you had central highlands? Its a decent dark roast by the same company.

Why don't more youtubers upload to alternatives likes vimeo and the like? Almost nothing but film art projects end up there but many youtubers want to maximize there exposure any way they can so what goes into the calculation of never uploading to anything but youtube?

What was the one thing you bought or changed that made you question why you didn't get that taken care of from the beginning?

I think the reason people don't use vimeo and all is because Youtube is what they know. A lot of younger audiences are getting Youtube channels now and they have their favorite stars on there. They see them every day or every week and think, hey, I can do that too! So instead of going to another platform they stick to Youtube.

For me? A new camera. I got a crappy dashcam initially thinking, OH it says it's 1080p, and for 30 bucks? Shoot. That's totally ok! Nope. It was pretty bad. I just wish I shelled out for a nice camera initially and got it over with.

I actually plan on doing a recipe on Irish coffee that, I think, has whisky. I've always wanted to try that. I've never really had an alcoholic coffee otherwise. I've had a espresso stout beer which was a nice sipping beer for sure.

This song is AMAZING! I can't believe I've never heard it before. I'm kind of ashamed of myself for not hearing it before.

What's the best way to prepare a cup of black coffee.? (Serious)

It really depends on what you are wanting. If you want a nice crisp cup of coffee, the Aeropress is fantastic for it. Doing a medium to fine grind of freshly ground beans is a must for any brew. Then using about a simmer of hot water. I invert brew because it just flows smoother for me that way and I don't spill stuff as easily.

Now if you want some flavors, the french press is the way to go. I'd go for a coarser grind for this because of the metal mesh filter would be harder to press with a finer grind but that's just up to you. The french press is wonderful because it leaves all those oils that the paper filter from the Aeropress filters out. They have their pros and cons with the possibility of leaving some coffee grinds in the brew along but man. It is such a nice cup.
