If the color of your skin is more important than joining in and contributing to probably the best and most genuinely equitable culture that has ever existed, and likely ever will, then consider leaving. Indeed. The slave trade was mostly run by jews. They also owned most of the slave ships and constituted a vastly disproportionate number of slave owners. Christopher Columbus himself may have been a jew and clearly he went to the Americas with the intention of making big bucks. Jews were in the Americas from the very beginning and set up shop right away in the different avenues of exploitation.

Coming back to the Civil War. Predominant jews in the South were particularly vocal in provoking a war against the North for two reasons. Firstly, as said before, they were very big in the slave trade; secondly, wars are lucrative for jews as they are very costly and loans need to be taken from jewish banks to cover the war efforts.

Also Lincoln had to take huge loans at heavy interest from jewish bankers based in London. At one point he decided to establish a US state backed interest-free currency, the greenback dollar, so as to not have to any longer rely on jewish interest-laden loans. The jews would not have that and in 1865 he was killed by the jew John Wilkes Booth, ostensibly sent out by jewish bankers. There were other jews involved in group chiefly responsible for the assassination plot.
