Sorry I had to stop reading when I got to this;

The regime, he says, has targeted the hospital five times in the past several years, but always missed. "The Russian bombardment, though, is very accurate." One recent bomb, he says, just barely missed them.

So the Syrians have been targeting the hospital but have never actually hit it. Could that mean they were not targeting the hospital at all in the first place?

Then, although he says the Russian bombardments are 'very accurate', they still haven't hit the hospital. So again, does this not suggest they are not targeting the fucking hospital in the first place in any way, shape or form?!

Yes, bombs are bad - be they Nato, Russian, Saudi, or Syrian. We know that, but this nonsense spouted in the article is just stupid IMHO.
