Rising house prices is a result of wealth inequality. The wealthy have more money than they know what to do with and they already built all of the factories they can so excess wealth goes into real estate, driving up house prices.

And up until 10 years ago most of the generation didn't have a voting say in our government. Even now, the old breed doesn't want to listen to our legitimate complaints or our thoughts on a solution that benefits the economy, business and future generations. Why, because we've been labeled the lazy generation. The generation that was to enabled. It's easy to look down on us and say when I was your age blah blah blah. Well when you were my age if you wanted to fact check a political candidate you had to go through countless paper records. When you were my age the cost of living compared to the income you received from an entry level job was far better.
