Honk Kong obv. But my point is that a low number of case in H.K. may just be because their standard for healthcare and disease prevention are closer to the ones in the West.

The population density there is I believe the highest in the world. One would think that would be the kind of place where a disease the media describes would run rampant

It still could happen but I.M.O. country like (mainland) China and India are special cases. They have 1st world cities density but 2nd or, in some case, 3rd world healthcare infrastructure.
