Another consideration is whether reporting specifications and reports par actual rape changed. If I'm not mistaken every act of abuse in a rape is considered a separate rape in Sweden. So if a man shoves his tongue into her mouth, his fingers into her vag, and then rapes her ass, that's three rapes. Also groping might now be called rape when it wasn't before.

Yep,that accounts for a lot of the increase. They changed their reporting and counting policy so each act, including every single act in long term abuse of one victim (such as in child molester cases) is counted as a separate act for the reported figures.
The real figure to look at is numbers of offenders, which last I saw (back in 2016 or so) we're a much closer match to the increase in unchecked migration.
