A couple of fucking idiots who didn't know how good they had it.

"I'm so tired of a job that pays well and sets me up for retirement while I just have to sit on my ass most of the day. I'm wasting my life"

“I’ve missed too many sunsets while my back was turned. Too many thunderstorms went unwatched, too many gentle breezes unnoticed.”

You're not kidding; they took freedom for granted.

“You read the papers and you’re led to believe that the world is a big, scary place," Austin wrote. “People, the narrative goes, are not to be trusted. People are bad. People are evil."

“I don’t buy it," he continued. "Evil is a make-believe concept we’ve invented to deal with the complexities of fellow humans holding values and beliefs and perspectives different than our own... By and large, humans are kind. Self-interested sometimes, myopic sometimes, but kind. Generous and wonderful and kind.”

Evil doesn't exist? Only good? Ok...

Austin and Geoghegan were riding their bikes in the country on July 29 when they were rammed by a car, according to CBS News. Five men got out of the car and stabbed them to death along with two other cyclists, one from Switzerland and the other from the Netherlands.

Two days later, ISIS released a video showing the same men sitting in front of the black ISIS flag. They looked at the camera and vowed to kill "disbelievers," according to The New York Times.

At least he can Rest In Peace knowing that he wasn’t killed because of “evil,” just because of a different belief.

Wow

Wonder how idiots like these explain people like Manson, Ted Bundy, and the like.

[–] Pwning4Ever 0 points 0 points (+0|-0) ago

LMAO! Yes a guy from Switzerland pulled them out and killed themm

Their biggest mistake was conflating the human kindness, generosity and helpfulness of Western whites with anyone outside of that group. They wanted to believe that all people are at their nature logical, reasonable and accountable because they see that whites will take care of other people just as they take care of themselves. They expected brotherhood, empathy and kindness but got the business end of a knife instead. They serve as a tragic example of the liberal fantasy ideology while simultaneously proving racial differences true yet again. Perhaps their killers are kind in nature, but only within their in-group. These people were not in their in-group. Evil is real.

This is an important point that doesn't get enough mention. It's not just whites, it's specifically Western whites. Anyone who thinks these cultural ideals that we take for granted exist in all of white Europe is sadly mistaken.

I'd say their biggest failure was to simply not understand that different groups can have different moralities. The claim that we use "evil" to deal with "perspectives other than our own" is correct, so far as it goes, but it represents a far more fundamental disagreement than anything they realized.

this is excellent culling

Austin, a vegan, and Geoghegan, a vegetarian,

Why is that even relevant? Even in death the narcissism of the left bleeds out.

[–] benjitsu 0 points 8 points (+8|-0) ago

These guys virtue signal even in death...there is probably a coexist sticker on their fucking tombstones. I promise not to raise moron fucking children like these two

[–] worlddownunder682 0 points 1 points (+1|-0) ago

coexist sticker on their tombstone.

I think you just predicted a future trend.

I can see it now. Plastered all over instagram and twitter. Virtue signaling from the grave.

[–] BLOODandHONOUR 0 points 1 points (+1|-0) ago

It let’s you know the true level of retardation these people possessed

[–] Lal 0 points 0 points (+0|-0) ago

It doesn’t end there.

“Some conservatives have framed the tragedy as a cautionary tale about not just the perils of travel but also naivete in general. In their telling, an overly generous understanding of human nature is behind much of today's progressive movement, including calls to radically scale back immigration enforcement and policing and support for socialism.

Some liberals, for their part, might view Austin and Geoghegan as martyrs in the struggle for a better world, or simply as unfortunate. ”

[–] HighEnergyLife 0 points 9 points (+9|-0) ago

Their parents are failures. Probably hippy boomers themselves

[–] WeekendBaker 0 points 4 points (+4|-0) ago

Don’t discount the possibility of the parents being strict conservators, and these snowflakes rebelling because of mass media.

[–] CapitalPurifier 0 points 0 points (+0|-0) ago

failed conservators

"Austin, a vegan who worked for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, and Geoghegan, a vegetarian who worked in the Georgetown University admissions office"

I guess it's sad for someone to lose their life, but that line is dripping with stupidity. And it is this master-expert level of stupidity that got these two morons killed.

It's one thing to accidentally get into some poison ivy because you're not around it enough to quickly ID it, it's another to take a midnight dip into the middle of a white-tip shark feeding frenzy. Hard to have any sympathy for people this clueless and out of touch with reality.

[–] digitalentity1497 0 points 3 points (+3|-0) ago

Play stupid games. You know the rest.

[–] totes_magotes 0 points 3 points (+3|-0) ago

Apply occam's razor: Either everyone is lying to them about how savage these people are (1 assumption per liar) or they're simply that savage (1 assumption based on what people have said for decades upon decades)

Oh, wait, Millenials. No loss there. Carry on.

[–] worldofmadness 0 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago

Reality is very cruel and the truth is incredibly bitter and they got to find that out the hard way.

[–] RageAgainstTheAmish 0 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago

Almost as if reality doesn't exist outside the internet to liberals

[–] worlddownunder682 0 points 0 points (+0|-0) ago

We need to ban them off social media.

The future of our democracy is at stake.
