well here's a few articles on the subject, some says the deal is almost done, hard to find more evidences since I don't speak arabic.

  • "Tehran, July 11, IRNA – Secretary of Expediency Council said on Saturday that all the negotiating parties want to make deal....Though, the negotiations are the sole way remained for the US, the United States is sabotaging process of negotiations. The US political gesture caused their European allies complain about, although they do not make their complaint public. They believe that the US excessive demands will damage the negotiations and they will face problems in the Middle East."

  • "Iranian foreign minister says West is to make choice between nuclear deal and pressure ... Talks between Iran and the six powers [the five permanent members of the United Nations Security Council and Germany] have thrice been extended in the past ten days. Originally, it was planned to sign a comprehensive agreement by June 30. Foreign ministers will make another attempt to reach the deal on Saturday."

  • "‘Difficult issues’ remain in nuclear talks with Iran: Kerry...This round of negotiations in Vienna, which has capped two years of international talks, is seen as the last push to resolve the West’s 13-year nuclear standoff with Iran. France's Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius arrived back in the Austrian capital Saturday to rejoin his German counterpart, Frank-Walter Steinmeier."

  • "Iran deal ‘done,’ Israeli report says ...According to Yaari, the deal was reached because the Americans “have made a series of concessions over the past two to three weeks in almost every key aspect that was being debated.”"

  • "Republicans Have Needlessly Undermined their Ability to Resist the Iran Deal ... So here’s my problem: Since the obviously perspicacious senator grasps how critical the burden of persuasion is, why did he support the Corker bill? That legislation, co-sponsored by Sasse and enacted as the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act of 2015, shifts the burden of persuasion away from President Obama and onto opponents of the Iran deal, thus making the deal virtually impossible to stop or undo."
