Beyond these problems the delivery drivers have they've had problems in the past where they would force their workers to go so hard without brakes they would commonly pass out in the high heat conditions of their warehouses during the hot summer months

Bullshit. They supply water and break times. If you can't work under those conditions as many do, find another job. A company can't force a worker to do anything. As far as their wage, its legal, the pay is what the market will demand and you don't need an MBA to pack a fucking box. If this were the case, Amazon would have lawsuits running out of their ass.

It's true. Amazon actually hired ambulances to stand by and deal with employees who collapsed because there wasn't the least amount of air conditioning in the warehouses (save for the office employees).
